Today's "up your service" course was.... -.- BORING! I spent half of the 6hours there watching this 自high person in a video. He and his exaggerated actions and expressions. At first it was hilarious, cause he was sooo extremely animated. But after awhile it deemed fake and it just made him look stupid. Then slowly, it bored everyone out. His expressions were really too much. People don't talk like that in real life.
Today, one of our tasks was to call 2 florists and to evaluate their customer service through a short telephone conversation we would hold with the florist. Our group picked eugene to call. I tell u, the conversations were DAMN FUNNY!!!
1st flourist shop: Eugene: Hello, "请问你们有没有卖花圈??!" (do you sell flower wreath?) Florist: ARHHHH??? 花圈?? Eugene: ehhh....yah... for the dead. Florist: arh?? ehhh.....
HAHA!! who asks for flower wreath for coffins from a normal florist???!!LOLOL!!!! We all were down there laughing our heads off!!!
2nd florist shop: (the name of the shop was.... flower cafe) Eugene was assuming that it was a cafe!haha!!! Eugene: Hello, "请问你们有没有卖花蛋糕?" (do you sell flower cakes?) Florist: HUH???!! 蛋糕?? Eugene: urhur.... 花蛋糕或花茶?? Florist: ehhhh.. 没有...这里只卖花 Eugeue: orhh... so you are not a cafe arh? you sell flowers only?? no cakes or tea? Flourist: HAHA! yarh. ( I could guess that the flourist was bawling with laughter at the qn! hehehe!)
Work today with pat.. was GREAT!(: ehhe. haven't seen her in ages larh. So miss her(: Thanks for the muffin babe!! they were delicious!! Cya soon!(:
