WAH! okay its fast how working life passes, its been 2 days since i started work as a receptionist for SIA, krisflyer. Life there is.. hmm. how should i say? Challanging? Picking up calls one after another, being a barrier between the customers and the customer service. Hearing all the customer complaints, scolding and blasting. Oh Gosh!! but.. okay.. apart from all these negative things, i've learnt alot about customer service and have definately put CSAS to practice!hahaha! How to handle angry customers and remaining calm at the same time. Haha.. definately a plus point to my experience!(:
Wah! tomorrow will be a tiring day for me... Work at business park, dental appointment, followed by work at the clinic... WOAH! busybusybusy day! i shall take up the challenge, see whats the threshold i can take.lolx! Wish me luck!!!!
