First day back at work after 1 whole week of absence. It was okay. For the FIRST time in history, i didn't receive any trouble calls! WOOHOO!!! There was no blasting, ignorant customers who insist on holding on the phone when there is really no available customer service to attend to them. Or even worst, they scold a string of uncouth vulgaries when its TOTALLY not my fault!
But nope! today was PEACE!(: Some customers were even so very understanding that they said, "oh nevermind, i'll call back later, thanx alot anyway!" They really made my day!(: Must be that god is blessing me, cause my throat still hasn't recovered yet. But its doing better everyday!woots!(:
But oh! today 4 chinese speaking calls was transferred to me from my malay colleague, not including the 3 chinese calls i picked up! and I'm proud to say i handled it all smoothly!hahahah.. well, okkkkkkkay, ALMOST smoothly. i did use english words abit here and there, but it was understandable!(: *claps* to myself!hahaha. I needa start speaking more chinese, i hate learning (writing) chinese, but i like speaking it. And its even more pleasing to know that the other party understands it! Time to brush up the mandarin idioticy in me. haha
Needa start finding job sooooon... Got to replace this job once its contract is over! Search.. search.. search...
