Met my clarinet section members for breakfast in the morning... went to band and met the two vincents....one vincent wang...and one vincent...duno what...aiya..qh knows..lol...both of whom are our clarinet guest players for our up comming concert...vincent wang is from mjc and the other vincent is from st. pats going on to year 1 this year....in sp...
There was intense full band practice from 10am to 2pm...with mr tan...then we were dismissed...rushed down to newton to meet mai so i could meet her and give her my concert tickets...OMG!! miss her loads....haven seen her in ages...anyway...she came super late!hpm!LOLX! But it was alright...after she insisted on treating me to a jap restaurant in Far East..haha! thx mai!:) Did abit of catching up with one another...and embarassed ourselves a few times in the restaurant...LOL...
We scouted the whole of Far east, and centrepoint and OG specifically looking for a black shirt for my concert...rushing here and rushing there... It is soooo super hard to find a simple black shirt now days... the ironic thing is that when we went to a section in OG called..."simplicity"...there was plain shirts of all colours...except black!LOL...when u want black...it does nt appear...but when u don't want it...u see it everywhere...lolx...the fustrations of life...just like when u wait at the bustop, and as you wait...all the buses pass by...except your bus...but when u are not waiting specifically for that bus...it comes so very often...
Its funny how brands can cause prices in products to vary by so much....a simple plain normal black shirt can cost...$32 plus...by a ordinary, not so famous brand....and when i went to MANGO, GAP, ESPRIT, and other branded shops to just check out their prices....the prices for the no frills black shirt ranged from $75 to $98....how brand affects it all hey...
Weirdly as it seems...if i was nt mistaken, GAP had an advertisement..on its walls, saying..."clean and simple" and guess what..the black top there costs...$89..LOLx....i thought maybe i should get some spray paint and add a few more words....behind that advert..."but with a complicated price" that says it all...don't you think...haha...:)
Don't really know whats wrong with me...cause i have been feeling abit faint today...almost fainted at the steps outside far east..lucky for mai!hahah...she was there...so i grabbed her arm..just before i lost my balance at the top of the steps...and took a moment to regain my vision and my semi-conciousness....steady as she is...LOL!...thx mai..:)
