Didn't do much today, slacked a bit...but hey....i did some reading!!hehehe!! believe it or nt! i actually did some reading...muhahaha!!! i feel so....ummm....proud of myself...as though i achieved a mountain...haha..even when it is only 2 hours of reading..haha..at least i used a bit of my brains before the start of school...better start to get my brains working...its probably gonna rust...LOLx
Well, had a shock last night at around 2am...haha..well, everything is fine now i guess, i hope...haha.. FRIENDS FOREVER!
Was reading one of my brother's friend's blog just awhile ago...her blog is just so captivating, as each entry just makes you want to continue reading on...and her use of english is just superb...i mean she uses english words that people don't normally use in daily life, like "annihilate" and "enigmatic" and "cathartic"....but those words actually enhances the excitement of her stories. Mann...i could actually have my daily dosage of english lessons just from her blog!whaha...She makes her entry just flow so naturally yet having the essential climax and ofcourse not forgetting the touch of humour here and there which just draws you even further to continue reading enteries after another...haha...oh well, what do you expect from a total, yeap and i mean.....TOTAL...raffisian(don't know if i spelt it correctly)...she was from...RGPS, then later....RGS....then RJC...now studying medicine with my brother.... when i commented to my brother about her great usage of language, he says.."well, thats the art of writing good stories." haha....something i am definately lagging in...LOLx
Besides talking about how good, academically this friend of my brother is, she is ofcourse pretty, comes from a well-to-do family background, loaded with friends and has a really handsome bf of 4 years.... her life is almost...well, shall i say...perfect... sometimes it makes me wonder... how do these people live such perfect lives? Perfect is ofcourse variable to different people....but i never ever felt my life was even close to perfect...there is always problems, be it academic (major problem) or family(parents)....i guess everyone faces problems, but lets say, if ur academic is always good, then there is one problem less...then if you come from good family background, well-to-do or really nice parents, another problem less...and so on....will there be a day where you will feel that once all those problems are solved...you life is perfect?? Or for every problem less, another problem is gained??
People always say, "Be happy with your life! Be contented with what you have got, cause there are other people in this world who have a life worst off than you!"...but if everyone was contented with their life, then noone wants more in life, then wouldn't the world just stay stagnant? no improvements, no upgrades, no problems solved.... didn't they say be contented with what you have? But if everyone wants a better life, wants to improve and achieve their "perfect" life, problems will just flow in and out our lives...part and parcel of life...
That girl too had problems....she was apparently under high levels of stress, and the stress she exposes herself to, were much higher than the average medical student's, due to her penchance for severe procrastination which is definately a rarity in the general perennial mugger population. She was probably "suffering" while under so much stress, yet her outcome(results) is always good...makes me wonder, why do i always study soooooo hard, yet achieve not even a quarter of what she achieves in life... haha....i guess my brain is just too lag lah...hahaha
Oh well...i guess thats life hey? Each individual with different lives, different problems, just some other people are more fortunate than others, be it the brain, the family, friends....haha...so my conclusion after a whole lot of aimless thought..is.....Try your best to achieve your "perfect" life....Well, in short, less "chim" but more boring would be....Try you best to reach ur dreams and goals in life...haha.. So heres wishing everyone... ALL THE BEST! :)
