Spent yesterday...catching up with all my best friends at NP since i had no band yesterday....Met Rachel and Patricia at NP bustop at 11am...we walked around for about an hr or so....haha..i so pity the NP applied science students...or rather...their...Live sciences and chemical technology students...aiyo...their school name very long hor...so troublesome...applied science easier!LOLx... Anyway..as i was saying...they are very pitiful because their school is literally on a hill...and i really mean on a hill...they practically have to climb the hill everyday just to reach to their blocks...awwww...poor them... haha...but their buildings are quite spacious infact...and not like TP where they have all those rules of..."no standing along the corridor outside the labs", over in NP, outside the labs are really spacious... so everyone can just gather outside the labs and wait to go in....and yes...one advantage of going to school which is on higher ground is that it is damn windy over there....haha...
NP campus is so big that students from one side of the campus would not know anything about the other side of the campus....LOLx....unlike TP...which is so concise and organised and the blocks are joined all together...which equals....less walking...haha...Thats the advantage of a new school...oh well...both schools has its pros and cons...
Okay, back to what we did....at around 12.10pm, rach, pat and me went to canteen 1 to eat lunch...food there was pretty good... :) Was looking around for chocolate....but too bad...i didn't chocolate...LOLx... luck was not on my side that day...anyway...we ate and chit chatted until 1240pm...we then walked to the atrium to wait for Mai to come to join us...while Rach went to class.... After much my flooding of sms-es...haha...Mai finally called me immediately after her class...and rushed to meet me and pat...we sent Pat to the bustop opposite so she could meet her friend in bugis, while i went back to NP to meet her class people... Sat in her classroom for a while, while her rest of her friends where staying back to finish off their left-over homework...pretty hardworking people...so i just sat there...and listened to all of Mai's Goong OST!!haha...i am gonna make sure she sends every single song to me...muhaha...Finally i got her mad over korean dramas...haha...i'm such a good influence!LOLX!
At around 2pm, she and her group had to do some filming for some competition, so we went to "e-garage" to get the filming done, but.......they didn't have the camera...so they had to wait for the group before them to finish filming...and so we waited...and waited...and waited...for almost 1 and a half hour just to film a less than 10 min video which lasted 20 mins altogether...thank god for Mai's laptop...if not i would have just bored to death...at least Mai's friend were nice people...haha...talking crap..and always SUAN-ING mai...muahhaha...at least we have something in common!LOLx... At around 4pm, me and mai left NP to go to rail mall, we walked along the row of shops deciding what to eat...until we caught sight of a really eye-captivating french restaurant...hahah...we didn't have money so we just ordered a slice of chocolate cake and a chocolate moose...woah! and did it taste good!! the chocolate cake was rich and creamy, yet soft and moist.....doesn't that make your mouth water??haha...the chocolate moose was really nice but i guess it was too rich and umm....sweet for us because after about 5 spoonfuls each.... we felt very..."ni"
So anyway, we got out of the french shop and walked somemore down the lane to a shop named "Ah Mei Kaya toast"lolx....so Mai ordered the Kaya toast while i ordered rotiprata....haha..Mai's toasted bread took 15 to 20 mins to come...cause the person who made her toast was a noob...haha...the woman probably flipped her bread 50 times to check if the bread was toasted...LOL...anyway...she sat there and talked until about 7pm....then we walked up to my house..the swimming pool there and we just laid down on those deck chairs, did some haze-gazing..lolx...and chit-chatted somemore...the whole night....until 10pm...We chit chat about all the fun times in Sec school...awww...the good old days...whahaha...and our present self....the hard times we faced last sem...and also about the pressure Mai is facing in this sem...and so on...we jus had too much to talk about...but the weird thing is that while i was talking to her half way, i suddenly lost my voice.. and i was hissing like precious auntie in bonesetter's daughter(my o's lit text)...but anyway, i still could be heard...and sound still came out of my mouth...so i could still talk with her...i guess it could be because of the haze....Anyway, went up to my house and found that my father won a canon multi-purpose laser printer...woohoo!! Since i lost my voice, i asked my brother if there was any strepsils...he said their wasn't, but there was another brand of medicine like stepsils, called diflammed by 3M...which is a stronger form of stepsils....so..i happily poped 1 of the tablets in my mouth to suck...and then i realised why stepsils is so much popular than this unknown brand, diflammed....because the tablet tasted HORRIBLE!....what honey lemon?? it tasted more like bitter lemon....LOLx... So i thought...maybe if i sleep....i would wake up and get my voice back....HAHAHA....i wished! i woke up today only to find that i became MUTE overnight! no sound could even come out from my mouth...i could only hiss and whisper....seriously...it is really bad to not be able to talk for a day....its torture mann!!! Its even worst when you have to answer a call...my brother called back home a while ago. And since he left so early in the morning, he didn't know i had completely lost my voice.....Brother: Hello?Me: heeeelllllllooooo???? (hissing)Brother: HELLO????Me: Hhhhhheeeeeellllllooooo???? (hissing even louder)Brother: H-E-L-L-O???!!! Me:hhhhhhheellllllllloo!!!!! kor!!!! (straining my voice.....with GREAT HISSING POWER!!!)Brother: hello???? joyce???Me: yyyyeeaaahhh???? itttsss...meeee....(thinking in my brain: hehehe....finally he can hear me! WOOHOO!!lolx)Brother: (1 second silence followed by..).....MUHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHHAHA!!!!!HAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!!! (okay he spent like 10 seconds laughing at me....evil!)I later passed the phone to my mother, while i sms-ed him this," If you happen to pass by any shop, please help me buy some NICE-TASTING STEPSILS....cause i completely lost my voice....ermmm...i think you noticed that already!!" lolx...i had no choice but to sms...cause i just used all my throat energy into saying hello to him..argh...So in conclusion, your voice is really important, must make full use of it when you have it...so TALK MORE!whahhahah! you never know when you are going to lose it...LOL! damn....school starting soon...its even more torturous to have friends all around you in school and you cant talk.....so much for a birthday if i cant talk too!! I want my voice my voice back....before school starts! :(Currently, i am waiting......desperately.....FOR MY STEPSILS!!!..... STEPSILS! COME TO ME!!! I WANT TO EAT YOU!!!!
